Good to know before you book:

• Studio access: Our studio is located on the lower level of a private home, reached by stairs, including 3–4 steps at the entrance. The space is not wheelchair accessible. If the physical space won't work for you, we offer a Virtual Consultation for facial services as an alternative.

• Pets in the home: We have a dog and a cat living in the home. They're never in the treatment room, but if you have pet allergies, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

• Cancellations: We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice are subject to a 50% fee; no-shows — including arrivals more than 15 minutes late — are subject to a 100% fee.
